Commitments to the candidate

  1. The potential candidates are informed as objectively and completely as possible about the vacancy and job profile so that they are able to determine whether it is meaningful for them to enter into the selection procedure.
  2. During the procedure, the candidate has the right to all possible relevant information about the organisation, the content of the position, the possible labour conditions and the further stages of the procedure.
  3. The candidate is kept informed about the phase in which the procedure is and whether he/she is still being taken under further consideration. He / she is given the name and contact information of the consultant who is processing his / her candidacy.
  4. Throughout the entire procedure, the candidate must be treated with due respect.
  5. The candidate has the right, on request, to be allowed to inspect his / her portfolio and the recommendations compiled by the bureau. The candidate has the right on request to obtain a copy of his / her portfolio.
  6. References can only be approached when the candidate has given permission in writing for this. When the CV expressly mentions a reference person, this may be taken as an implicit permission.
  7. Axis respects the personal privacy of the employees as well as the information that relates to this. It undertakes the commitment to request and to use this information only in the framework of a professional intervention and only with the consent of the candidate. In doing so it accepts the stipulations contained in the law on the protection of all that concerns personal privacy in the interests of the employee and the information that relates to personal privacy.
  8. In posing questions or administering tests, attention is given to the relevance of the information for the assignment in question.
  9. Employees of Axis should (always with an attitude of impartiality) act respectfully, impartially and without discrimination (with regard to gender, physical disability, race, maximum age, ….) and allow themselves to be guided solely by their professionalism and their care for the Client, employees and candidates.

Under no condition whatsoever can candidates be invoiced for costs. The expenses that the candidate has incurred for transport or for documentation and communication are not to be charged to Axis unless it has been agreed otherwise with the Client.
